14-day refund window

We offer a 14-day refund window on the Full Growth Diagnosis (€19, one-time purchase). If you are not satisfied with your report, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at contact@fixyoursaas.com with your order reference and a brief reason for the request, and we will forward it to Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

What is covered

The 14-day window applies to the one-time €19 Full Growth Diagnosis. Because the report is generated immediately on purchase, requesting a refund will also revoke your access to the report.
