1. Who we are

FixYourSaaS ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Niels Arrachart, an individual sole trader based at Grote Beer 24, 2163 AR Lisse, Netherlands. By using the website and purchasing the Full Growth Diagnosis, you are entering into an agreement with Niels Arrachart.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing the Full Growth Diagnosis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if purchasing on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

3. The service

FixYourSaaS provides a one-time, AI-generated growth diagnosis report covering positioning, conversion, trust, competitive differentiation, and a 30-day growth roadmap for SaaS products. The service is delivered digitally as a single, on-demand report. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.

4. Pricing and payment

The Full Growth Diagnosis is a one-time purchase of €19. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. 5. Account and accuracy of information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and when generating a report.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including via malware, probing, or unauthorised scraping;
• attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or generated reports beyond your own internal business use;
• circumvent any technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.

7. AI-generated content

The diagnosis report is generated using AI based on the information you provide and publicly available data about your website. Outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be treated as legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying the recommendations before acting on them and for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you submit. We reserve the right to refuse, filter, or remove outputs that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, the underlying software, our branding, and the prompt and analysis methodology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the report you purchase for your own internal business purposes.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service in breach of these terms, including claims relating to your inputs, your use of generated outputs, or your unlawful conduct.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use policy. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but reports already delivered remain yours.

13. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
